The Eleventh Circuit Has Been Busy This Week!

The Eleventh Circuit issued two more published opinions today, bringing the total for the last two days to seven! Due to some work obligations, I haven't managed to summarize all of the cases yet today. I will do so as soon as possible, and will also attempt to provide some commentary on the D.C. Circuit's ruling in a case today involving an Atlanta lawyer's challenge to the Senate's filibuster.
